ENNOH has published its Position Paper on the Clean Energy Investment Strategy. The paper sets out ENNOH’s key messages and recommendations, highlighting that hydrogen-specific challenges – particularly the need for anticipatory investments – are not adequately addressed in the current strategy. It underscores the need for immediate action to establish a favorable investment framework for hydrogen transportation. Furthermore, ENNOH advocates for the introduction of an EU inter-temporal cost allocation mechanism, backed by an EU guarantee, to be considered in the revision of TEN-E and/or within the European Competitiveness Fund.
