ENNOH is comprised of 35 (future) HTNOs Members and 2 Associated Partners.
ENNOH has three categories of membership: Members, Associated Partners, and Observers.
The rights attached to each category, as well as the conditions for applying for each category, are set out in the ENNOH statutory documents.
Moreover, ENNOH is open to establishing a bilateral cooperation agreement with third-country operators that are not part of the EU.
